Rogers Supplier Portal can be accessed through most desktop or laptop computers (recommended: Pentium 3 or 4 processor or equivalent) using most standard web browsers e.g. Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6, Netscape 4.7 or above. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla and Firefox are NOT currently supported by Oracle and may create some issues.
Comparable MAC based browsers may function properly, but issues have been identified by Oracle.
Rogers recommends a high-speed internet connection.
If you have Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, please follow these instructions (needs to be done one time only) or you may have a problem downloading your Purchase Orders:

Open Windows Explorer or double-click on My Computer. |

If you have Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 98: Click View, then Options (or Folder Options) |

If you have Windows Millennium or Windows 2000: Click Tools, then Folder Options |

Click the File Types tab. |

Find Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values and highlight it. |
| 5. |
Select Edit (NT/98) or Advanced (Millennium or 2000). |
| 6. |
Unmark the "Confirm open after download" check box (should be blank). |
Click OK as needed until backed out of these screens.
