For security reasons, Rogers is not able to resend an existing password. System restrictions only allow Rogers to send registered users a NEW PASSWORD, which is generated by the Oracle system. Rogers staff does not have visibility to these passwords. The new password must be changed the first time you log into the Supplier Portal and cannot be the same as a password you have used previously.

Rogers has established a number of restrictions for security purposes.
- If a supplier is unable to enter their username and password combination properly within 3 attempts, the password is permanently deactivated and a new password must requested.
- All passwords that are inactive for 6 months are cancelled and a new password must be requested.
Suppliers may wish to institute their own security protocols. Consider whether all staff members should have access to the detailed information contained through the portal == Rogers is able to separate accounting information and sourcing event access. When staff leave your organization, ensure that their access to the Rogers Supplier portal is cancelled. Simply send an email to Rogers or call the Help Line.
